This year we have also added to the McClintock Group by purchasing a business at Canowindra which is obvious as McClintock Co (Canowindra) Pt Ltd. McClintock Co have been a local service provider for over forty years offering an extensive array of spare parts, workshop facilities and resources for the tractor, truck and plant equipment market. We have a broad selection of lofty quality, lofty performance agricultural equipment backed up by a fully accredited workshop with an extensive investment in tools, training and resources. Coupled with that is a superior parts network that is parts excellence accredited enabling us to produce reliable, quick, tall quality service to our clients through the central west. McClintock Co has a parts and wholefoods network of over thirty six franchises enabling us to source the parts and equipment for our customer’s needs. Geographically located on the central western slopes of MSW in the heart of the sheep and wheat belt, McClintock Co is a family owned business offering a full range of services to all rural land owners, contractors and trucking business. McClintock Co currently employ forty-three fulltime staff consisting of sales people, parts interpreters, service technicians, administration and clerical staff. Ron purchased land at the donate site on Ungarie Road and built the stylish premises in 1976 which has been expanded over the years to accommodate the growing business. The building was then extended and extensively refurbished to confront all the vogue industries requirements. Once again this building has been extensively refurbished and expanded to meet the demand and growth in this region. DJ Johnson closed their Case dealership in Forbes in 1987 and R McClintock Co opened a business in October 1987 in an used garage in Rankin Street and due to business growth purchased the building in Junction Street in 1992 and extended the building three times to accommodate more growth. McClintocks have four branches throughout MSW and receive vast pride in ensuring that we have one of Australia’s top dealerships. A massive piece of that success comes down to the hard work and dedication of the parts department. McClintocks staff and management knows how imperative it is for our customers to have parts where and when they need them. That is why we receive our parts department so seriously. At McClintocks, we hire highly experienced and exceptionally trained parts staff and management to make sure you get the right part for the correct machine as quickly as possible. Many customers don’t know the part number, or the unmistakable position of the piece they require, so we receive that stress away and do whatever it takes to help our customers source the right item. The McClintocks parts department carries a wide range of parts and accessories, but if for some reason the portion you require is not on our shelves, we will receive the time to source the portion for you, as we know how urgent it is for our customers not to suffer optional downtime.
